Your use of the Gateway is at your own risk and Libre SAF VCC, Libre Cayman SPC and their affiliates and their and their affiliates directors, employees, consultants and advisors (“Libre”) nor [Conduit*] provides any reliance on any actions you may take or not take once you decide to use the Gateway which is entirely at your own risk.
2. No Warranties
The Gateway is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Libre disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Libre be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of the Gateway, including but not limited to any financial loss, loss of digital assets, data loss, system failures, or security breaches.
4. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Gateway complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Any digital assets transmitted through the Gateway are the responsibility of the user. Libre is not liable for any misuse, unauthorized access, or data breaches, loss of assets or financial losses resulting from user actions.
